Hi, I’m a 1st year looking forward to getting to grips with the German language from scratch, and to expanding my knowledge of Italian culture and history. Outside of my studies I write for the student Italian magazine and am a member of the JCR committee at my halls of residence Clifton Hill House, which are both keeping me very busy! Although it is very difficult to choose just one, my favourite place in Bristol would have to be Ashton Court Estate just over the Clifton Suspension Bridge; a lovely, wooded green space with some gorgeous views of the Avon gorge and the city.
