Hi, my name is Alba. I’m a 4th year student reading French and Portuguese and am just back from my year abroad in Portugal, France and Brazil. This year I’ve chosen very current units based on the French Maghreb and narratives of migration in Africa and Brazil. Outside class I practice yoga at the union and salsa. There so many great places to eat, walk and go out in Bristol but my absolute favourite would be the birdcage walk in Clifton, a lovely little park that has an arched leafy pathway that ends with beautiful views of the west country!
